Balletone®:

Balletone provides a challenging mix of muscle conditioning, cardiorespiratory training, and mobility and stability work. Ballet inspired movements flow together to lengthen, strengthen and energize the entire body. Principles of classical ballet, Pilates, flexibility, balance, and fitness blend together for this unique workout. If you like Barre, this is the cardio complement that will leave you feeling long, lean, refreshed, and successful.

Barre:

Barre fuses the best of yoga, pilates, and elements of full body strength training exercises dancers do. Using the ballet barre for support along with a variety of equipment, this class delivers a results-driven workout that is fun and dynamic, but will also sculpt your body with long, lean muscles. You'll be in amazing shape in no time.

BLESS FIT CAMP:

Bless Fit Camp focuses on a variety of physical training aspects. You'll use your own body weight along with lights weights in this 12-rep HIIT drills workout building endurance, strength, and stamina.

Boot Camp:

Get ready to push yourself to your limits! This military inspired class will rev up your metabolic system with non-stop full-body conditioning exercises involving high intensity cardio segments and weight bearing exercises. This is a varied workout using different equipment every time. Some days are circuit training while other days are  training with multiple sets. The variations in this workout make sure you get the most out of your class by switching it up on your body every time! This HIIT class will help you get the high endurance in both cardiovascular and muscular fitness you are looking for.

Cardio Inferno:

This is Tabata style interval training with cycles of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without a pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. This is an intense and challenging form of interval training in which you'll get your heart rate going and complete a hardcore workout all at the same time! The intense cardio intervals and core conditioning in this workout are designed to burn fat and sculpt lean muscles. No coordination needed or dance moves to master. Turn your body into a calorie-burning inferno.

cardio kickboxing:

Learn, build, and improve your Mixed Martial Arts skills and techniques. This cardio workout is going to test your cardiovascular system while toning your whole body with punches, kicks, and blocks that are choreographed to fun music that’ll keep you engaged through the whole class. You’ll be amazed by how good you feel after kicking and punching the air for 45 minutes!

Cardio sculpt:

A full body workout that combines short cardio bursts with blocks of strength training exercises using your own body weight and a variety of equipment. Each segment will push you to help improve your cardio and strength limits. No two classes are ever the same.

Cycling Fusion:

Get your cardio done with 15-20 minutes of indoor cycling and then get stronger and more flexible with the fusions. Every class will have a different fusion focus, so come prepared to ride hard in your short bursts of cardio and then use strength training intervals along with occasional flexibility training.

IMPACT ABS:

30-Minute Abs features intense core work. Set to upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body. This class is for all fitness levels and is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day. Not to mention, you will love the way your abs begin to look once you stick to attending this class.

mma boot camp:

MMA Boot Camp is a total body workout inspired by Mixed Martial Arts training and techniques delivered in a high intensity interval training format. Plow through multiple timed sets of several MMA training and conditioning exercises before moving on to a new round with new techniques and conditioning exercises. This workout is guaranteed to get your heart thumping and muscles twitching.

MUSCLE IMPACT:

This is an energetic strength training muscular endurance workout that targets all the major muscle groups including legs, chest, back, arms and core. It utilizes barbells, hand held weights and more. You will experience a high volume of reps while developing the strength to increase weight over time. Stick with it and you’ll love your results.

SILVER SNEAKERS:

Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

RUSH Cycling:

Burn calories fast with 45 minutes of instructor-led RUSH indoor cycling. This is a great opportunity to perfect your riding techniques, especially with the unstable real-like feel our bikes provide, while increasing your cardiovascular to the pumping beats of music and feeling the trance in RUSH. Bring a towel and some water to keep cool and hydrated throughout the ride.

South of the Border:

South of the Border is a 30-minute strength-based workout that focuses on the lower half of the body and targets, tones, and defines those muscles. Experience a variety of exercises delivered over multiple rounds to ensure everything south of the belt border feels strong and refreshed. If you’re looking for a quick workout that gets it all done on the bottom half, then this is the class for you!

Yoga:

In this yoga class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

ZUMBA®:

Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

inactive classes:

Kick It:

Kick It By Eliza is a 13 round fitness method that is music-driven, sweat-inducing, and kickboxing-inspired. This group fitness class is filled with high-intensity intervals, dance combinations, and kickboxing-inspired movement patterns. The Kick It Crew interacts during the class, which creates an empowering vibe and community factor!

MILITARY FIT:

This military veteran lead class will get you sweating and pushing the limits in a full body plyometric style workout. This takes boot camp to its literally term and experience. Be trained by military professionals and experience a sample of what our veterans have to go through for physical fitness requirements.

Pilates:

Exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone, and improve posture, stability and alignment when you begin to practice Pilates at our gym.

Power Yoga:

This class is a fitness-based approach to Yoga. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

STRONG:

STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
